There is also a transformation of the market place from ancient America according to ancient American history (Coyle, 2016). The market place for freight transportation is quite different in the modern situation of America than it the situation of the market place was during the past. The changes and the transformation in the U.S. public policies toward freight transportation can be found from the time of the inception of The Inter State Commerce Commission (ICC) till the time when the ICC had been dismantled in order to bring about the deregulation of the railroads as the railroads were highly regulated during the 19th century.
